AdKong Affiliate Program Terms of Service
Welcome to the AdKong Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 15% commission on all referred sales.
Commissions are calculated based on the total value of successful transactions (excluding refunds or chargebacks).
2. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis.
Affiliates may choose their preferred payout method: PayPal or Wise.
There is no minimum payout threshold.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities & Restrictions
To maintain the integrity of the AdKong brand, affiliates must comply with the following:
Approval Process: There is no manual review required to join the program.
Prohibited Marketing Methods:
Affiliates may not run paid advertisements (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) on behalf of AdKong.
Cold outreach (emails, DMs, calls) or any form of unsolicited outbound marketing is strictly prohibited.
Spammy, misleading, or deceptive marketing activities are strictly forbidden.
Permissible Promotion Methods:
Affiliates may promote AdKong through YouTube content (reviews, tutorials, etc.) or word-of-mouth recommendations to people they know.
Violation of these terms will result in automatic termination of your affiliate account.
4. Referral Tracking & Cookie Duration
AdKong uses a 30-day cookie window to track referred customers.
Affiliates will receive credit for any purchase made within 30 days of a user clicking their referral link.
5. Refunds, Fraud, & Commission Reversals
If a referred customer requests a refund, cancels their purchase, or issues a chargeback, the associated commission will be reversed.
Any fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to fake referrals or manipulation of the system, will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of pending commissions.
6. Termination of Affiliate Accounts
AdKong reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account under the following circumstances:
Violation of Terms: Affiliates who violate any terms of this agreement will be terminated immediately.
Low Activity: If no successful referrals are generated within a 3-month period, the affiliate account may be deactivated.
Policy Changes: AdKong reserves the right to modify or discontinue the affiliate program at any time. In such cases, affected affiliates will be notified, and any unpaid commissions will be settled according to the terms outlined above.
7. Affiliate Program Updates
AdKong may update these Terms of Service periodically. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
8. Legal Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to data privacy regulations, anti-spam laws, and advertising guidelines.
Affiliates are solely responsible for any liabilities arising from their promotional activities.
